Rooftop gardens

Brisbane real estate is getting a new twist with the development of rooftop gardens. The Green Roofs for Healthy Australian Cities conceptualized this idea of growing rooftop gardens. Though Australia seems to be lagging behind the US and Europe in this trend. Brisbane real estate developers are trying to play catch up, with fledgling interest from Brisbane real estate owners that will hopefully result in the creation of more structured rooftop gardens in the future. At present, Brisbane real estate owners are relying more on potted plants, which are different from the structured rooftop gardens that are really needed. Rooftop gardens have many functional benefits that Brisbane real estate owners can enjoy, aside from the aesthetic part. Rooftop gardens proponents hope these will be sustainable.

Locks

When you are shown to samples of Brisbane real estate by developers and agents, locks don’t seem to be marketed as aggressively as other parts of the home or office (such as great views out of your window and the nice granite countertop in the kitchen.) But everyone knows locks are very important when buying a pre-made house or office. Without good locks, your Brisbane real estate property would be easily invaded by intruders. Locks may be as common as the key-based safety deadlock, or as high tech as a Mortice deadbolt. Many people also neglect to install adequate locks on windows which can be just as easily opened as doors under the hands of experienced burglars. Only trustworthy locksmiths should install locks for you.
