The Chef: Timmy Kemp

With a Thai and Chinese background, Chef Timmy is one of the most respected and best loved chefs in the city. She was born in Bangkok and says Duck is her favorite food that's why she always find a way to incorporate it on her menu. One of her signature menu is her Warm Duck Salad which is a must try at Timmy's. She has been staying in Brisbane for fifteen years now and her way of cooking can be described as a fusion of French cuisine combined with her culinary expertise from the schools in Bangkok and her Australian experiences.
